Frequently asked questions

Where are the servers located?
In Tier III data centres in Germany and the Netherlands. Your data never leaves the European Union and falls entirely under the GDPR.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly. Paying annually gets you two months off, but nothing binds you once the term ends.
What happens when I outgrow my plan?
We move you up to the next plan or onto your own VPS, without migration fees and without downtime. You only pay the difference from that point on.
Will I reach someone who actually knows the answer?
Yes. There is no first line that passes you along. You speak directly to someone who works on the servers, in Dutch, English or French.
What does migrating my existing sites cost?
Nothing. Our engineers move sites, databases, email and DNS. We stage everything on a test address first, you check it, and only then do we switch the traffic over. Even for hundreds of sites.
Will there be downtime during the move?
In practice, no. We sync the data, lower the DNS TTL in advance and run a final sync right before the switch. Email is accepted on both sides during the transition.
What does white label actually mean?
Your customers only ever see your brand. The control panel runs on your domain, with your logo and colours. System emails leave from your address and the nameservers carry your domain name. Our name appears nowhere.
Do I set my own selling prices?
Yes. You buy capacity from us and divide it into plans you build and price yourself. We do not interfere with your margin and never approach your customers directly.
Can I connect my billing software?
The platform integrates with HostFact, WHMCS, Blesta and Upmind. An order in your billing software provisions the hosting account automatically. Using something else? There is a full REST API.
